We spent the week before July 4 camping in our rig (appropriately distanced). We smoked a brisket outside on the Weber shortly after we arrived and it was awesome. Had it sliced for dinner, sliced with onions & jalapenos on sandwiches & chopped-up in an omelette. We were in smoke Heaven all week!
