My father Garcia and Garcia

Anyone had them? At 22.5 a stick it seems a bit on the pricey side.
Any recommendations for others in the line?

I have had My Father, before, but it has been years since I did. I remember I enjoyed them, they were really good. But last time, I think, was at the RTDA/IPCPR/PCA maybe 10 or 12 years ago.

The Garcia blue ring has always been described as very peppery; however, the Lancero in that blend is very good and not very peppery at all.

I was about to add that, also, Gumby and awesome1. Not a chance in hell I am smoking any of those at that mark-up. I cringe even paying $8.00 for a cigar.

Same here. That why I used to buy Cubans all the time. I enjoyed them more and they were cheaper. Now that that game is over it's 10-12 bucks for custom rolls that are still excellent or Non Cubans for less.
This week I'll be trying a couple of the Dunbarton line to see if I like them. The Tatuaje's are good and priced decently but the full strength in them is no joke.
Medium is fine in the morning with coffee and somewhere between Med and full is where I want to be the rest of the day.
Don Garcia makes a very good high quality product. The construction on all the tatuajes has been excellent even for the smaller ring gauges.
The Garcia y Garcia is probably some limited release or special edition cigar. I am pretty much staying away from anyones LE lines. I think it's great that they put them out and make good money on them. At the end of the day they do a lot for the industry besides making cigars. Now in my older years though I just can't chase the unicorns in the world. .

Can't chase 'em either.
Tatuajes are made at the My Father factory. Pete Johnson is married to Janny Garcia, Pepin's daughter.

Was talking with a buddy about pricing and limited edition etc. Just can't chase that hard. And it's gone on for a long time.
