Keeping my coolerdor's humidity constant...

Hey guys, i'm having TONS of issues keeping my coolerdor's humidity constant...sometimes its 65, then ti'll go to 83, then sometimes its 70.....i'm using floral foam....not sure what to do....i let it air out everyday or two...

I also ran into a beetle problem i think....the cigar had little holes & then little black dots inside the actual wrapper (not cigar wrapper)....i'm guessing tha tmeans i had a beetle outburst huh? I quickly checked all my cigars in the cooler....all are (this happend a week ago...) Is it b/c of the inconsistancy of the coolerdor???
