The comment at the bottom of the article is spot on also.


Not many outside of Cuba really care, and their stupidity is expected. So they are living up to their expectations.

Generally speaking, we’ve employed the same tactic with Cuba for like 60 years. It didn’t work, it isn’t working, and it is not going to work.

Castro always looked well fed and cared for. The Cuban people not so much.

Some other method will need to be used to get the Cuban people a government more aligned with their needs.
