what we are seeing and feeling in the supply chain now is a result of "2 weeks to flatten the curve" from a year ago. Stopping production for a whole MONTH or more in some cases did put a crimp in the supply. Combined with the fact that "work from home" covid time increased both alcohol and tobacco consumption, well...

It's not just cigars. I ordered a pair of sunglasses and its delivery date keeps backing up. It has backed up 3weeks from the original delivery date.

I really don't see as I've had any delays in receiving packages. My own shortcomings have delayed some from going out, though.

Went to a nursery today for some plants. They were telling us that they are having a helluva time getting in stock. Regular stock items are not available anymore. Stuff is on backorder for months.

Ordered two Ave Maria samplers a few weeks ago, they are backordered. Had planned to give them to the boys for Christmas. They offered alternatives, but these samplers are awesome and at a great price. Looks like I may have a couple nice samplers.

There's also the issue of box shortages. The Sin Compromiso Paladin de Saka are ready, but they're waiting for the boxes.
