Finally got to play with my Rosto
My sweet wife gave me a Cafe Rosto for Christmas, and the heating element died during the first use! I contacted Brightway and they gave me an RMA and prepaid shipping label. I sent the Rosto to them and got it back a week ago. I've roasted 7 batches in it so far, and it's doing great; much easier than the old air popper! The most fun is dumping out the chaff collector. It's amazing how much chaff some beans put out.
