Carlos Torano 1916 cameroon
I don't even remember where I got it from, (I think it was a freebie when I bought something else) I put it in my humidor about 6 months ago, every time I'd think about smoking it, some other cigar would start yelling "no, no, smoke me, smoke me" So I'd lay that Torano down and tell it next time. Well, last night I finally went for it. Right off the bat I knew I was in for a good ride when I peeled away the cedar wrap and smelled the way the cedar had seeped way into it. Well I can't tell you about the complexities of this cigar ( I still can't figure out the complexities of my wife of 20 years) But what I can tell ya is, it's well constructed, burned perfectly and tasted good enough that I nearly pulled out my old roach clip to finish it off. Out of all the Toranos I've smoked, I liked the Torano Reserva Selecta the best, But I gotta tell ya, I enjoyed this one every bit as much, and it's a much cheaper cigar. I usally keep some Casa Torano's in my Humidor, I think I'll change that up to these with the cameroon wrapper.
