Whet RH% did your hygro tell you it was at?
Keeping sticks at 70% can be tricky to keep mold away.

Many, many (many!) moons ago I bought a box of those small machine made ERdM's (NC), took the cello off all of them, then reboxed them.
Some months later I opened the box to find a solid cake of mold. The cigars were barely visible. Of course I immediately threw the molded box in the garbage. An inspection of the rest of that cooler showed no sign of mold anywhere else. Other than that experience I've never really had a problem with mold. |
