What Got You Hooked on Soccer?
Serious question. I am 53 and no one played it growing up so I've never gotten the appeal. I enjoy watching highlights because of how talented the players are to make some of them, but for the majority of the game I find it boring.
So what got you hooked? For example: I know Phil's son was (is) very good at it and if memory serves got a scholarship, so I totally get that Phil was exposed to it early and why he loves it. But curious to hear from others as well.
