That was a dumb hire to begin with. The two biggest recruitment states are Florida, Mis'sippi, with Texas not far behind. If Muschump couldn't build a team in Florida, what did they think he was going to do in SC?

Les is coaching himself into retirement obscurity at Kansas.
Carolina's BoT and I think their athletics' board are legislative appointees, but they DO have more than a few dollars to spend, although with WuFlu most universities and their attached foundations are hurting this year.

Normal ain't gonna be normal again like it used to be. Given the choice of dead or living in Kansas, I would have to think about it (no offense, John. I'm not built for the winters and I have seen enough fields of soy, corn and wheat for 3 lifetimes).
