Well, they once again went above and beyond. Besides receiving the box, with the return label today (not a hint of mold, by the way!) they also included one of their Masterpiece Sampler Collection boxes! The kind you get when you order a box of RyJ. Man, what an awesome surprise! I wasn't expecting this at all, and it certainly wasn't necessary.
JRs' incredible customer service will keep me a customer as long as I smoke.
