What should I do with this Chartreuse?
I've got a bottle of green Chartreuse and was wondering about some possible uses.
So far, I've tried it straight, as a long drink with tonic (very interesting!), and the Harrington cocktail (1/2 oz. vodka, 1/4 triple sec, 1/8 Chartreuse). Are there any good cocktails and long drinks you guys know of that Chartreuse can be used for? Thanks
