Temperature at a constant 75-77 F. Should I be concerned wi

I have been barraging this board with questions lately. Hopefully this will be my last one for a while

I live in an apartment that insulates heat very well (new york). I dont have any control over what the building does. Despite shutting down the valve on the heater, and keeping my windows opened, my apartment maintains a very warm 75-77 F temperature. Its very odd.

I placed the humidor in the coolest part of the apartment. Am I in danger of ruining my cigars at this temp?

Would you recommend pointing a small fan in the direction of the humidor?

Any and all advice would be appreciated.

Thanks.
