In box, in tube, in cello, in humi?

Hey guys, got a storage question. Box of cigars I recently purchased are in cellophane, withing (metal) tubes, inside the box, in my humi. My question is will this inhibit humidity for the cigars? I know wooden cigar tubes are somewhat breathable but how about metal ones?

If so should I take the cigars out of their metal containers? I'd like to keep them in the box thus simply taking off the cover of the tubes won't work (there only a few centemeters between the box and the edges of the tubes, not enough space for humidity to flow in and out I don't think).
