Boring stuff tonight. Turkey breast, asparagus and shitake stir fry and brown rice.

Tomorrow, seaside manicotti. Cod, ricotta and spinach, rolled in egg roll wrappers and smothered in a Swiss Mornay sauce.

Both of us have been sick off and on over the last two weeks subsisting on toast and crackers. Last night finally had a decent meal, grilled pork, green beans and stuffing.

I don't know if it's pollen, a cold, or a sinus infection (could be a combination), but I'm right there with you Bill. I was going to smoke some baby backs today, but I feel like shit on a shingle and if I do, they're going in the oven.

My nose is almost hamburger.

Ours was simple. 30 day aged, bone-in rib roast, smashed red potatoes, shoepeg white corn and green bean casserole and whole wheat yeast rolls.

Yesterday was our 40th wedding anniversary, Barb made risotto with shrimp in the instapot. Tasty and filling!
