Stuff pork chops with basil, lemon pepper, Thai basil, tomato from our garden, mozzarella, SPG rub, accompanied by pan fried Brussel sprouts.

Im a turkey junkie this time of year. Birds are so cheap if you look. Just roasted this lovely White Honey Suckle turkey for dinner, and for the rest of the weeks future meals . Got this bird for $0.99 cents a pound from Target. Tonight I’ll have carved turkey breast with country gravy and mixed veggies.

Bird is resting for now.

The Sanitary Fish Market in Morehead is a reliable place too.

Prime rib, mashed potatoes, mashed sweet potatoes, green bean casserole, shoepeg white corn, rolls and Boston cream cake for dessert.

BUUUUURRRRRRP!

Been a long time since I've been this full of food that I shouldn't eat.

It’s been a long day in San Diego. Hit a Pick Up Stix for Kung Pao chicken. They make it really good IMO.

Had a nice ribeye in the fridge. Decided to have breakfast for dinner. Made steak and poached eggs.
