Accuracy of Daniel Marshall hygronometers?

Hello, I've often heard it stated that hygronometers in humodors are generally inaccurate. As a rule of thumb, does this apply to all humidors, or just to lower to moderately priced humidors? I just purchased a Daniel Marshall humidor, and although it certainly isn't a top of the line unit, it's still on of the better 'dors on the market. Should I expect the hrgronometer to be fairly accurate, or just not pay any attention to it all? Thanks much!
