Stoved some tobacco today.

I cooked a shredded handfull of my darkest and thickest homegrown Havana tobacco. The tobacco was in a tight ball in some foil and baked for a half hour on my 2 burner grill on the unlit side.
I was expecting more darkening but was surprised by a lighter color and a strong smell of coco. It's not as good as the unstoved.

Anyone willing to share any pointers on stoving.
