My DuPont needs service...
I'm an idiot...I placed my lighter by the edge of porch bench and it fell right on my concrete deck!
  I think I messed up the flip top because it's catching on something as it closes AND there's a big gouge were it hit.  Has anyone had their DuPont in for service? If so, how was it. The service manual lists Colibri as the service provider! As you can imagine, the thought of having some ham-fisted Colibri employee working on my DuPont is sending shivers down my spine. What to do?
