Best way to test a hygrometer’s accuracy………

Is there a reliable way to test the accuracy of a hygrometer, other than the “salt test”? I’m not a big fan of the salt test as I have had variable results with the same hygrometer on different tests.

Or......is there a digital hygrometer on the market that is guaranteed accurate in the 60% - 70% range that I could buy to use as a gauge to test my many hygrometers?

Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
