Outdoor smoking tent?

Like Arnold used when he was governor. Anyone used one?

Where I live, the weather is generally hot as hell, until sunset. Then it's only nearly hot as hell, but somewhat tolerable. However, then it's mosquitos, or flies...or other pests.

I've tried a lot of pest deterrents...but none of the electronic kind. (open for suggestions on that)

Then I thought about, what about a tent...large enough to at least sit a chair, in and big enough to accommodate 3 people.

Air flow would be a concern, but having screens on the sides, would help.

Any suggestions? Smoking inside, is not an option at my house right now.
