Name the most Under-Rated Artist of the Last 30 Years?
Really,
Who do You believe has contributed Heart and Soul to music. Yet, never really recieved their Due recognition? Any Genre. I alway's think of Randy Newman The guy has done everything. Writing for other people, Pop tunes, Soundtracks, ect. Yet unappreciated in general. The Guy has Got Range. David Byrne Solo from Talking Heads, If it's got a rythyme He's ALL over it! How-A-Bout-You?.......Who? and Why? Slack
