La Marzocco in Seattle to close

La Marzocco is closing it's only US based location in order to expand their facility in Florence to work on new products, Espresso specialists will still continue to be an importing partner so you can still get one, parts might be a bit harder to get, but i guess the biggest imapct will be people loosing jobs, the machine are great if you are in the market for a professsinal machine, easy to fix with hardware from the local hardware store. now for the ferrari of espresso machines gotta go for a Cimballi which has a new weapom to it's aresonal it's got a double boiler but the more interesting device is that one of it's steam wands stops releasing pressure when the optimal temp has been reached, it is susposed to steam and froth mik hands free. very odd, but Cimballi makes a great espresso machine, there is one of the photos in my user gallery,(you won't really see it you willnotice the girl in front of it ) the guy who owns the bar "Cafe Brasil" has two 4 group machnes, they are superb specimans , but they don't have a Turbosteam wand i think i hijacked my own thread
