hooko #3 cigar
This was a toro size I think..? The pre-light aroma was very Cuban-ish. I noticed it seemed dry when I cut it but I proceeded. It had a decent ash and burn but too airy of a draw, I suspect I shoulda removed the paper wrapper before putting it in the humi. The flavor was good a dark flavor can't describe
it was on it's way to being a 'B' cigar but about 1/2 way it got foul tasting. So it fell to a 'C' cigar. I think because it was drier than it should have been it probally burnt hot. This is not a good review because the cigar was not in prime condition. I think it would be a good cigar when properly stored (my fault not Hooko). I'd try one of these again in hopes that the foul taste was a result of burning hot. I think in prime condition it could win a Le Monde medal |
