Russell Moon Blend#2
I took Russell's word and fired one of these chunky little puppies (4x54) up at 9:00 in the morning waiting to tee off on the golf course. The main thing that struck me about this cigar was how incredidbly smooth and mild it was and what I can only describe as a rich tobacco taste. While flavor profile was hard for me to discern I did notice earthy overtones and subtle spices past the halfway mark. This cigar draws beautifully and provides a bountiful amount of smoke. The aroma was pleasant, but this was outdoors. I'll need to fire one up at Crabby's and let the never afraid to tell me that cigar smells awful waitresses have a shot at it Of course they do this in a jestful fashion since they know I'm a big tipper Overall, I believe that this is an excellent cigar to start the day if you don't want your head spinning. Leave the stronger ones for later. I know if this was 4 inches longer it would make a perfect front 9 cigar. As it is, I will let it start my first few holes off right. My hat's off to Russell and Gael for coming up with this blend. Try one, IMHO I think you may be as pleasantly surprised as I was if you're in the market for an early morning cigar
