This, of course, was a punkabilly band (Robert Gordon was the original singer), so it makes it even weirder.

lol, in fact I always love when you post this stuff ! I end up digging to find out what it is. I get turned on to the most off the wall stuff from these little blurbs !! it's cool , man!

I was never a big fan of the Tuff Darts but I would listen to them occasionally back in high school. I have never heard anyone mention them in 20+ years, so I chuckled when I read the topic title.

I seem to remember them playing with X-Ray Specs and Modern Lovers at Gildersleeves (SP?) in NYC.
