Boveda or Beads
I'm going to be setting up my CAO Italia Humidor I won. I have been using beads, but I wanted to get peoples opinions on which they prefer.

Apples and oranges.
The Boveda packets last 3 months per the blurb. Nobody knows yet what humi-bead lifespan is yet. AND you can now get a bead humidifier from Heartfelt. And NO I am not a shill for Heartfelt! Fact is, Dave has the goods and will get them/it to you quick. |

I'm thinking I may get tubes for my next humidors if I do beads.. I'm getting sick of my impromtu containers taking up too much space or leaking.

I mostly use beads but I also have this gelatin type stuff that I like, if it drys out I just add distiled water and they come right back kinda like the beads.

I just order two tubes of beads one for each of the desktops I have. (a 25/50 ct and a 75/100 ct)
And a bag for the beads I already have to go in my large humidor. |

Heartfelt now has a thin profile rectangle humidifier. That's the one I was referring to. Great for an out of the way lid mount.

I did see that and the look cool but I think I'd rather have the bag.
