Tbone Burnett's been a vanguard of music preservation and bleeding edge fusion. Think of Johnny Cash's last few albums, which Burnett produced and arranged.
Worth paying attention to. I'll be looking for it.

T Bone does some amazing stuff, Los Lobos, Roy Orbison and music for Cohen brothers movies stand out. I think Rick Ruben produced Cash's last 3-4 albums but I am probably wrong
