Apparently, ZZ Top is not shy about re-producing/re-recording/re-editing/"refining" a previous hit for a Best of or boxed set.

They could put out a "single" CD, for those folks. People who buy box sets, or multi CD sets, expect full versions.

I remember when I first heard the remixed "La Grange". I liked the reverbed-out drum sound...at first. Now, I like the original.
