So the SU has taken the sprouting role around here. I'm more of the farmer so she keeps me from sticking those things in the ground someplace.

Anywho she uses quart size Mason jars in rotation (normally 4) so we have a serving a day that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Good on a sammie or sald.

Easy daily serving of fresh stuff when you get the rotation going. Done all sorts Radish, Alfalfa, Lentils, Mung bean and many others.

She is now playing with more Legumes since it converts the starch to higher nutrient levels.

Just another tasty COVID survival hobby...
