Sounds great. Here it's leftover stir fry and brown rice. I have a leg of lamb to cube and marinate in olive oil, fresh rosemary and garlic in anticipation of kebabs later in the week.

Well the plan was great but mother nature shut off the power for a while so the oven was out of business for a bit.

Plus sides all around though. Burned a stick in the coolness of post storm, ate a junk on the floor kinda meal.

...and the tail gets to rest for a day which makes it even better but not something we would do under normal circumstances.

Pork pozole, corn tortillas. Pozole is garnished with cabbage, radishes, and a dash of oregano. So satisfying.

Yeah I miss being able to get that stuff like we did in San Antonio. Posole and Menudo were both routine in that neck of the woods.
