Or will any size off the rack work?

Actually, they come in a little 2-piece plastic dingus like those gumball-machine-style junk toy doomaflotchies dispense their crap in.

Don't care about color, just avoid the "Queen sized" ones. And no, I've never tried one on....they go in my coolers, fer frickin' cryin' out loud.
