Yesterday I passed a caravan of vehicles from OK sporting their war paint and Sooner flags. They were passing through Baton Rouge heading towards New Orleans. I guess it's ironic that they have to pass through Tiger country (you can see LSU campus as you cross the MS River) to get to New Orleans. Two weeks before the game? I hope they realize how expensive New Orleans can be. Of course it is nice to have them bringing fresh money into our states economy. I guess you could say by arriving early, the "Sooners" are living up to their name.
