BBQ Season is here...
My BBQ rig is simple. I use the AMERICAN GOURMET

A joy to use. I started using Kingsford BBQ Master Series Charcoal Briquets, Long Burn . I get a good extra hour of cook time with this charcoal. I haven't tried that kind yet. I still have a hundred pounds of charcoal to burn through first.
