Although i'm a big UCLA fan with season tickets I don't see them beating up on Washington by 23.5 points anyone wanna take UCLA for a 5r?

Washington vs UCLA -23.5

Looks like UCLA has moved up to 20th in the poll during their bye week as they take on the struggling Huskies this week. This should be a lot closer of a game then most would think. Although UCLA is 3-0 on the season who have they really beaten? The only real challenge so far has been OU and we all know how badly OU has played this year. Take away the points that OU gave up on fumbles and UCLA really didn't dominate the game after all. If you review the stats it was a lot closer of a game than the scoreboard will show. Also Washington played a great game against ND and have been playing tough games all year. Here is a comment from Willingham that sums up the ND game. "If you look at five plays, we get those plays, we win,'' Willingham said of the goal-line fumble, end-zone interception and other mistakes that went against Washington" Washington plays tough and has truely been tested this year, where UCLA hasn't really played anyone yet. Although I'm a huge UCLA fan I have to take Washington +23.5 in this one. The washington D should help them keep it close unless they run into turnovers like OU did.

Too bad UCLA is only a 21+ point favorite. Opened at 22 and dropped down to as far as 20 and has settled in at 20+.

You must be looking at the Vegas lines, they usually jump around a lot. I'm an offshore kinda guy so it usually varies a point or 2 and are a lot more accurate.

Nope. Nowhere, legit offshore did we see 23. It is what I do for a living and offshore books still get their odds through Vegas.

If you look at the day and time of my post you will see " Mon Sep 26, 2005 11:27 am Post subject: Washington vs UCLA -23.5" The line at that day and time at bodog was 23.5

You might not want to quit your day job

People liked UCLA because they played well so far and they've covered 7 of the last 8 times the 2 schools met. The 1 time they didn't was a push.
