Mold and what to do.....

Gents,

I found a couple of sticks, that were not in cello, that had a couple spots of mold on them (yes mold, not blume - the mold was concentrated in one area and was easy to brush off - greenish tint too).

I removed them from where they were, put them in cello, and placed them in a dryer humi (original was only 65%Rh, but these sticks were right next to the humidifier).

My question is....... Will placing them in a dryer box stop the mold from continuing/reforming, or do I need to smoke these soon???

All help is greatly appreciated!

John

PS My hope is that I do not need to smoke them soon, they could use some age on them.
