well, if they have any real estate in CA they bought 39 years ago, the profit on that might cover someone's legal fees, and hey, maybe the cap'n gets to pay for both lawyers when its all done.

I heard about this, and seriously, my thoughts were along that same line. Why in the world would a marriage end in divorce at that point? Just having a bit of a problem with that.
