Help me find the best cigar lighter for $100 or less.

Well, I am going to be buying myself a nice lighter, I can spend up to $100 US.

I like the idea of the Corona "Old Boy" as the design appeals to me, I enjoy the old style "lift arm" lighters. However, I do not really like the angled flame, I prefer a straight up flame.

I also like the Dupont X-Tend, however the temperature worries me a little and I have also read quite a bit that would suggest they are problematic.

My main problem is I only smoke outside as my wife doesn't share my appreciation for cigar smoke. I have a Zippo as well as a generic windproof type lighter, but find they can give me problems in slight winds as the flame seems to dull down too low.

Any suggestions are appreciated!
