Thanksgiving, what’s on your menu?

Got my turkey today. Biggest one I have ever got, 23 pounds. No choice, all they had were big birds. This means I have to start thawing it in my fridge today so it will be ready on Thanksgiving.

Got a 4 bone rib roast. It’s a big roast for a 4 bone roast.

Usual thanksgiving sides like green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, sausage country gravy, cranberry sauce, mixed vegetables, mashed sweet potatoes, other sides and appetizers.

Lots of leftovers for sure.
