I need a temporary humidor

Well, while I'm away from my humidors over the summer, I realize that a herf is coming up, and I want storage. I've got an empty RA box that seems to seal rather tightly, and I would like to use it, if at all possible (something about the scent of an empty cigar box makes a man realize what real happiness is). I want to keep this as simple (and cheap) as possible, cause it will only be for a half dozen or so smokes, and only for a couple of weeks, at max.

So, then, since I don't have an extra hygrometer laying around, is there any good way to keep it at 62-65% (besides beads)? I've finally come to the realization that the time for beads is drawing nigh, but I want to postpone until I consolidate my sticks (probably into a cooler), and then figure out what I need.

Thanks, all.
