Individual cigar box aging ?

I live in Houston, TX so the humidity level is around 60% - 80% pretty much year round except for a couple months in winter time. Thus the question ? If I put in a drymistat tube in a full cigar box (like 25 cigars to a box), then put that full box inside a big ziploc bag and zip the bag close and then leave that big ziplog bag outside (meaning not inside the coolerdor) like on the shelf in the closet or in my converted library room with book shelves, WOULD this be a viable long term aging solution or NO ? Will the cigar age in the box inside the ziplog bag just as if it is aging inside the coolerdor ?

Thanks for your input and opinions AHEAD...
