How to help some dry cigars?

I purchased a sampler box of some ERDM's from jr about 2 months ago, and they came kinda dry. That's at the same time I started using the 65% humidity beads, and the sticks never did get soft again. They seem okay in the center, and dryer towards the wrapper. Is there anything I could do to help these? I had also got some pequenos the same order, and they were fine, and still are, so I think the thicker ones just came way too dry. Last time I buy from them. I appreciate any advice..
