Kudos to Xikar...again.

After using my Xikar Xi for about a year I decided to send it in for a blade sharpening. I also informed them I was having a little trouble when opening the cutter in that it would sometimes not open as smoothly as I thought it should. It was more of a mild annoyance than a real problem.

My cutter arrived back home about a week after I sent it off and I found they had sent me a brand new cutter, the same model and finish. This was way beyond the service I expected when I sent it off.
