I had a Digital hygrometer go out after I had it for two weeks and it is broke, and not a battery issue. I contacted Bargain Humidor's and after a few days, I recieved a emil from them (Jenifer) and she said that they would replace it when it comes in from backorder, in two weeks.. This was months ago, and I have sent two replies, and still no word about the replacement or a return email. I am glad you got good experiences but this issue is getting frustrating.
