$830K Derby Winner can't find TIX....................
spoke to my mom today in AZ. Seems a man in PHX area went to the OTB, laid down a BOATLOAD of CASH on DERBY WAGERS. He had Giacomo on a LARGE BET,now he can't find the TIX. Security cameras have him placing the bets,and the ticket agent comfirms that he did bet Giacomo,along with her computer showing that she printed the tix. Now the SOB can't find the TIX and he's out $830K,he is fighting to get his money however the AZ Racing Board says "No Ticket,No Money. We need to balance out the payout."
