chiefs vs. ravens
if i have learned ANYTHING about mondau night over the past 8 years or so since the cap started....monday night games NEVER turn out the way everyone thinks they will.
And im betting $150 this week on the chiefs at +5.5. it started at +3.5. every better in the country has jumped on the ravens. reason #1 to bet the chiefs...the whole country is betting the ravens reason #2. there's no way the chiefs can stop jamal lewis...which means, like last year when the chiefs went into baltimore and beat them, they contain him. why? because it's not expected reason #3 chiefs are 0-3 and they are toast and madden and michaels will be all prepared with "bury the chiefs" sagas. so that means it doesnt happen. reason #4 chiefs offense is struggling; injured wideouts and o-line struggling with welbourne replacing tait. now, they play the ravnes dee, one of the best, if not THE best defense, in the NFL. So, of course, that means the chiefs top rated offense the past 3 years wakes up. yes, im a chief fan, but even if i wasnt, id feel the same way about this game. it's just toooooo obvious that the ravens should crush KC on monday night football. chiefs 27 ravens 20 take the points. trust me on this. |
