So I'm laughing all last week, knowing what cap hell the Skins are in. Now they're shopping like there's no cap at all! I just don't get it; isn't one of the reasons the cap is in place is so no team can just go buy themselves a pro bowl staff? "Genius" and "Snyder" have never been in the same sentence, unless accompanied by the word "NOT", but I'm starting to wonder if the guy knows something everyone else doesn't.

I can't say I'm too worried, though. They've dumped and then hauled in truck-loads every year and don't have much to show for it. I just don't understand how they're able to continue this long-term.
