Time... Patience. All good things.
Keeping new cigars in there with the older ones is a great idea - they'll buffer the humidity changes and keep the old cigars from reabsorbing moisture too quickly. Over the next few months those older cigars will revive. Remember - they dried out slowly, they'll revive slowly.
