Colibri question
Pretty sure that the reason my lighter crapped out is that the flint is done. That being said, since I've never put a flint in anything but a Zippo, I don't know if I need to do anything different. Are all flints the same? Thanks

I don't think they are all the same, but I've read that zippo flints will work since colibri flints are hard to find

Took it into the shop today to have it looked at. Even with new flints it won't spark, and now it won't turn off. Looks like I'll buy a Xikar next time.

Pops up often, but I swear by the 4$ ronsons for 'disposables'... yeah, you refill them, but if you lose it or it borks up (i.e. you hear the gas continue to escape, they take 2 minutes to shut off after you release the plunger, etc...) you're only out 4$.
My 2 good lighters are Xicar. Both have been replaced 1 time by them. My son broke the fill valve on one of them, so it needs to go back... again. but yea, Xicar. They don't replace what you lose, but, they do care that you and your lighter are enjoying your time together.
