What this really means is that they are committed to Damon and not committed to developing Quintel Woods.

Damon seems to have his shit together. Spoke with him last week for a long time and he's trying to be the player he was early on. He feels once Sheed is dumped off the team will improve. Apparently Bonzi, Sheed, and Quyntel are not thought highly of by most Blazers.

Miles is an pure athlete who has minimal fundamental skills. Maybe he'll develop into a player for Portland like the young raw kid they once dumped(Jermaine O'Neal).
